A reader of the Journal gave me rave reviews about this book. The author sent it to me. Alan Phillips, JD told me the entire reason he went to law school was to help parents to retain their rights to freedom of choice to vaccinate or not. That impressed me. So, I am very proud to endorse the book and offer it to my readers. I thank Mr. Philips for his generosity in helping us to support our work of the Journal by giving us a commission on each book sold.

“Remarkable and thorough book on the topic. Alan is somebody who understands and cares.”
Augie, Editor of The Journal of Whole Food and Nutritional Health.
“Alan, you‘ve been remarkably kind and generous, and given my experience with [another] lawyer . . . you have restored my faith somewhat in the profession and certainly in human nature. I spent part of my evening with an old, dear friend who is also wise and kind and generous of heart. He asked me to tell you that you are an exceptional human being and to thank you.”
JB, May 2009
“It is . . . good to be able to bounce things off you and it is a relief just to know you understand. Thanks from the bottom of my heart . . . You are the only one that seems to care deep down.”
Dr. RM, April 2007

Vaccines are POISON. The only one[s] who benefit from vaccines are PHARMACEUTICALS. Lots of Vitamin D will protect you from the flu and many other diseases. DON’T be fooled by paid off media hype. STOP the sickening assault on humanity.

Please see the VaccineRights.com website for answers to some of these questions, or feel free to email me directly! Avoiding pandemic flu vaccines, if they are mandated, could be difficult–and yes, quarantine (not necessarily in your home) is a possible consequence depending on individual state laws and the discretion of health authorities. Avoiding pandemic flu vaccines may require pro-active, activist action. Details on how to do this is on the VaccineRights.com website.

“The Project BioShield Act of 2004 (S. 15) became law on July 21, 2004 “to provide protections and countermeasures against chemical, radiological, or nuclear agents that may be used in a terrorist attack against the United States by giving the National Institutes of Health contracting flexibility, infrastructure improvements, and expediting the scientific peer review process, and streamlining the Food and Drug Administration approval process of countermeasures.”
In other words, the FDA may now recklessly approve inadequately tested, potentially dangerous vaccines and other drugs if ever the Secretaries of Health and Human Services (HHS) or Defense (DOD) declare a national emergency, whether or not one exists and regardless of whether treatments available are safe and effective. Around $6 billion or more will be spent to develop, produce, and stockpile vaccines and other drugs to counteract claimed bioterror agents.” – http://preventdisease.com/news/09/061009_vaccinations_mandatory.shtml
For now the judgement regarding vaccinations appears to rest in the hands of state government. However, in the event of a “false flag” attack, the feds aka “The Family” may then override state government.

This is a tremendous resource. While I haven’t any trouble exempting my children from vaccines at their public school in KY, it is good to know that there is an authoritive resource available. If you live in a state that is challenging, the information contained in this eBook is invaluable and well worth the small price being charged.

Does anyone know if there is such a resource for folks in the Canadian legal system?

I’d like to know if there are any resources like this in Canada as well.

I was just wondering if this will help stop the planned MANDATORY VACCINES that the government is planning. The word is that if you refuse, you will be taken to quarantine.
CAN THESE DOCUMENTS STOP THEM?
