FDA Dragon Slayer Speaks Out on Amish Raw Milk Sting

Attorney Jonathan Emord has brought down FDA eight times in federal court, six on grounds of First Amendment rights, including cases on health claims on dietary supplements. Congressman and Dr. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “a hero of the health freedom revolution” and says “all freedom-loving Americans are in [his] debt . . . for his courtroom [victories] on behalf of health freedom.”  I asked permission to post his article published today at Newswithviews.com and he immediately responded positively. Coincidentally, the rally in support of the Amish family busted was held today on Capitol Hill in D.C. Even a cow was brought in and raw milk from across the state line was enjoyed by all in defiance of FDA’s sting.–Augie Continue reading

New Revelations on Autism/Vaccine Links

As the reality of vaccine-induced brain damage, including autism, becomes more obvious to the general public, our public health officials and their partners in health care will be screaming all the more loud that vaccines are safe and effective.  After all, the system cannot allow the “internet misinformation” to increase the percent of those saying no to vaccinations.  And, of course, I am sure doctors are getting tired of dealing with parents well educated on vaccination safety, effectiveness and need– risking the loss of profit from a full series of shots.

An article by Judy Converse, MPH RD LD (her blog is Nutrition Care For Children) is so good– does a very good job on what I half attempted the other day on the latest  news and revelations– so I could not resist introducing it here.

Here are some excerpts:

Investigation Reveals 80 Families with Children with Vaccine-related Autism Compensated by U.S. Government Program

Eighty families of vaccine-injured children who developed autism were compensated millions of dollars by a government vaccine “court”. How many thousands more are there?

Unanswered Questions from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program: A Review of Compensated Cases of Vaccine-Induced Brain Injury, ” published in the peer-reviewed Pace Environmental Law Review, vol. 28, no. 2.

The article, released on Tuesday, May 10, is a first-of-its-kind investigation, providing critical information for legislators and staff on the Congressionally-created Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP).  The report identifies more than 80 individuals who were compensated for vaccine injuries through the VICP who also have documented autism as one of their vaccine-injuries. The government has been saying for decades that these people do not exist.

Raw Milk Rally Time—Pack up the Babies and Grab the Old Ladies—It’s Brother Daniel’s Traveling Salvation Show

We reported last week on the Amish family busted by FDA for caring for the cows of others and delivering fresh milk to those that had already bought it. He caused fresh, raw milk to cross the state line—a federal offense. We know this is a violation of personal rights, but I question if this is another form of religious persecution. After all, they believe it is their ministry and life’s mission to provide healthy food to those that hunger for it. It is all so silly–having to spend all this time and energy to tend to these matters–and oh, Daniel and his family has their livelihoods and farming operations majorly dinked–not to mention all those customers that depend on that fresh, wholesome, unprocessed, unadulterated  milk to maintain and restore their health. FOX to Reveal Millions in Vaccination Settlements for Autism; S. Korean Study Suggests One in 38 Have Autism; Study Shows Vaccines Related to Higher Child Deaths

There is every indication autism rates will continue to increase for two main reasons (just to start) in my opinion: eating more industrially altered food by an increasingly unhealthy U.S. population and increasing number of vaccinations–the highest in the world.

BREAKING Fox News Exclusive: Government paid multi-million dollar settlements to dozens of families whose kids suffered brain damage. See video and stay tuned to Fox tomorrow when the details will be revealed.

Also in the news today, a report on a South Korean study says an estimated one in 38 South Korean children — or 2.6 percent — has an autism spectrum disorder, a new study says — figures that experts believe could be similar in the United States. Estimates of autism prevalence in the United States generally currently put the number at about 1 in 110 children, or less than 1 percent.

Finally, a comprehensive vaccine vs infant death statistical study published last week shows a 400% increase in infant mortality in the U.S with 26 vaccine doses before age one over countries with low vaccination rates.

From another study yet, the chart below illustrates the same but with number of vaccine doses correlated with deaths in the first five years:

The above are per 1000 children.

Also, this is one you must really see with all the charts on all the vaccines. (Doozy)

Don’t you think if vaccines can induce pre-born infant deaths AND four times the infant deaths in the first year, they will most certainly cause neurological and developmental disorders?–Augie

Vaccine Epidemic – A New Book Review

Mandated (forced) vaccinations are not an option for well-educated parents on the pros and cons of attempted artificial immunizations. Freedom loving folks in the land of liberty do have “personal rights”. Kathryne Pirtle, a frequent contributor here at the Journal, penned a short review on this new book.– Augie

Vaccine Epidemic-How Corporate Greed, Biased Science, and Coercive Government Threaten our Human Rights, Our Health, and our Children

Edited by Louise Kuo Habakus, M.A. (Director, Center for Personal Rights) and
Mary Holland, J.D. (Research Scholar, NYU School of Law)
Skyhorse Publishing, 2011

As it is with most things—more is not always better. It has taken over 15 years of independent world-wide research by extremely concerned parents, doctors, scientists and lawyers to build an undeniable momentum commanding that the protective rubber stamp of approval on vaccine development, safety, mandates and policies be addressed. A book of acute gravity, Vaccine Epidemic, presents an urgent dialogue about the vaccine controversy. The opening dedication—To all who are asking the questions and all who are demanding the answers—summarizes widening public consciousness and mainstream concern regarding vaccine safety.

Through the voices of experts in ethics, law, science, medicine, business, and history, the book requires thoughtful attention and action. An exponential rise in children who are suffering serious vaccine damage will not be ignored, nor will the lack of appropriate medical and governmental action to thwart this trend. Vaccine Epidemic advocates an honest and thorough assessment of vaccination policy and vaccine safety.

Habakus and Holland examine these issues:

  • The human right to vaccination choice
  • The ethics and constitutionality of vaccination mandates
  • Personal narratives of parents, children and soldiers who have suffered vaccine injury
  • Vaccine safety science and evidence-based medicine
  • Corrupting conflicts of interest in the national vaccine program
  • What should parents do? A review of eight advice books on vaccines that span the gamut

Fluoride– The New Lead

I was very pleased to have heard from Dr. Bramhall today giving us permission to post her new article–every sentence is loaded.–Augie

FLUORIDE: The New Lead

By Dr Stuart Jeanne Bramhall

It took decades to “prove” that even low-level lead exposure caused mental retardation and behavioral problems in children. In 1973 when I graduated from medical school, there was a mountain of compelling evidence of the terrible things lead in paint and auto exhaust was doing to kids. However under pressure from corporate interests (the companies who put lead in gasoline and paint), the medical establishment still officially proclaimed that at “subclinical levels,” lead was totally safe.

FDA Sting on Amish Rainbow Acres in Pennsylvania

Stepping across state lines to purchase raw milk is a federal offense already– even if it is legal in both states. The FDA is using this Amish family to prove their point. I think it might be time to start calling all these busts on families that produce fresh, nutritious, unprocessed milk to those that need it to maintain their health– religious persecution. – Augie

Yesterday’ story was on the FDA-led SWAT-style 80 man army storming a health supplement business in Oregon. Our story tonight on the Amish FDA sting was in the Washington Time yesterday.

A yearlong sting operation, including aliases, a 5 a.m. surprise inspection and surreptitious purchases from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania, culminated in the federal government announcing this week that it has gone to court to stop Rainbow Acres Farm from selling its contraband to willing customers in the Washington area.

The product in question: unpasteurized milk.

It’s a battle that’s been going on behind the scenes for years, with natural foods advocates arguing that raw milk, as it’s also known, is healthier than the pasteurized product, while the Food and Drug Administration says raw milk can carry harmful bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli and listeria.

“It is the FDA’s position that raw milk should never be consumed,” said Tamara N. Ward, spokeswoman for the FDA, whose investigators have been looking into Rainbow Acres for months, and who finally last week filed a 10-page complaint in federal court in Pennsylvania seeking an order to stop the farm from shipping across state lines any more raw milk or dairy products made from it.

The farm’s owner, Dan Allgyer, didn’t respond to a message seeking comment, but his customers in the District of Columbia and Maryland were furious at what they said was government overreach.

“I look at this as the FDA is in cahoots with the large milk producers,” said Karin Edgett, a D.C. resident who buys directly from Rainbow Acres. “I don’t want the FDA and my tax dollars to go to shut down a farm that hasn’t had any complaints against it. They’re producing good food, and the consumers are extremely happy with it.”
