Burzynski: Cancer Is Serious Business — Making the Case on Medical Corruption

I noticed tonight I was getting some readers all over the world coming into my intro of the trailer of this movie I posted over a year ago. Then, all of a sudden I received this notice along with the full-featured movie just released that can only be viewed between now and June 20. The grand finale is startling–or perhaps not. The patents Dr. Bryzinski had on his discovery and multi-million dollar manufacturing lab were being stolen through fraudulent patents claiming his discovery. This is why FDA and the National Institute of Health apparently tied him up for many years through grand juries and legal proceedings and threatening to sentence him to prison–to keep him from continuing to fight for his cancer cure–and to discredit him as a fraud. — Augie

Raw Milk Rally Time—Pack up the Babies and Grab the Old Ladies—It’s Brother Daniel’s Traveling Salvation Show

We reported last week on the Amish family busted by FDA for caring for the cows of others and delivering fresh milk to those that had already bought it. He caused fresh, raw milk to cross the state line—a federal offense. We know this is a violation of personal rights, but I question if this is another form of religious persecution. After all, they believe it is their ministry and life’s mission to provide healthy food to those that hunger for it. It is all so silly–having to spend all this time and energy to tend to these matters–and oh, Daniel and his family has their livelihoods and farming operations majorly dinked–not to mention all those customers that depend on that fresh, wholesome, unprocessed, unadulterated  milk to maintain and restore their health. FDA Sting on Amish Rainbow Acres in Pennsylvania

Stepping across state lines to purchase raw milk is a federal offense already– even if it is legal in both states. The FDA is using this Amish family to prove their point. I think it might be time to start calling all these busts on families that produce fresh, nutritious, unprocessed milk to those that need it to maintain their health– religious persecution. – Augie

Yesterday’ story was on the FDA-led SWAT-style 80 man army storming a health supplement business in Oregon. Our story tonight on the Amish FDA sting was in the Washington Time yesterday.

A yearlong sting operation, including aliases, a 5 a.m. surprise inspection and surreptitious purchases from an Amish farm in Pennsylvania, culminated in the federal government announcing this week that it has gone to court to stop Rainbow Acres Farm from selling its contraband to willing customers in the Washington area.

The product in question: unpasteurized milk.

It’s a battle that’s been going on behind the scenes for years, with natural foods advocates arguing that raw milk, as it’s also known, is healthier than the pasteurized product, while the Food and Drug Administration says raw milk can carry harmful bacteria such as salmonella, E. coli and listeria.

“It is the FDA’s position that raw milk should never be consumed,” said Tamara N. Ward, spokeswoman for the FDA, whose investigators have been looking into Rainbow Acres for months, and who finally last week filed a 10-page complaint in federal court in Pennsylvania seeking an order to stop the farm from shipping across state lines any more raw milk or dairy products made from it.

The farm’s owner, Dan Allgyer, didn’t respond to a message seeking comment, but his customers in the District of Columbia and Maryland were furious at what they said was government overreach.

“I look at this as the FDA is in cahoots with the large milk producers,” said Karin Edgett, a D.C. resident who buys directly from Rainbow Acres. “I don’t want the FDA and my tax dollars to go to shut down a farm that hasn’t had any complaints against it. They’re producing good food, and the consumers are extremely happy with it.”

Take this FDA!

A word about this “dangerous” substance called fresh, whole unprocessed milk (targeted to be banned nationally by HHS/FDA/CDC by 2020)

FDA, IRS, FBI: 80 Armed Agents Raid Health Supplement Firm in Oregon

Unlike the FDA Raid, this picture is not exxagerated.

A band of 80 federal agents stormed Maxam Nutraceutics of Hood River, Oregon last week in what seems to be  an unnecessary and outrageous abuse of power.

Jim Cole, Founder and CEO of Maxam said he cooperated with every demand that the FDA made of him, and was convinced that all was well. But apparently the FDA had different ideas when out of nowhere, the agency, along with the IRS and the FBI, sent as many as 80 armed, SWAT-style agents to both Maxam headquarters, the company’s “Big Gym” training center, and even Jim’s daughter’s house, to confiscate all the products, company documents, and even personal files and computers.

“They took all our products, all our paperwork, all our files — we’ve been doing this since 1992 and they pulled everything,” said Jim. “They brought in three big moving vans, they had their guns on, their bullet-proof vests — they came prepared for war.”

You can see that the FDA letter treats Maxam health supplement products as drugs. The point I want to make is that Fluoride is a Drug by FDA definition. It is delivered to customers through their water supply without dosing instructions or without any medical evaluation or periodic monitoring whatsoever–to the extent CDC has reported 41% of children are overdosed and have dental fluorosis. The practice of water fluoridation is NOT FDA-approved and is unethical in that consumers are not informed and warned as to the side effects. Why does FDA allow fluoridation of water supplies, but when folks like Jim Cole, providing helpful products to people asking for health supplements, get busted with such brute force? –Augie

Burzynski, The Movie: Cancer is Serious Business– FDA Coverup?

SEE https://wholefoodusa.wordpress.com/2011/06/12/burzynski-cancer-is-serious-business-making-the-case-on-medical-corruption/ for full length movie.

What we have talked about and seriously considered in the past 30 years about cancer cure coverups is now heroically documented in this brilliant film. The trial is coming up in January.–Augie

Burzynski is the story of a medical doctor and Ph.D biochemist named Dr. Stanislaw Burzynskiwho won the larg est, and possibly the most convoluted and intriguing legal battle against the Food & Drug Administration in American history.

His victorious battles with the United States government were centered around Dr. Burzynski’s belief in and commitment to his gene-targeted cancer medicines he discovered in the 1970’s called Antineoplastons, which have currently completed Phase II FDA-supervised clinical trials in 2009 and could begin the final phase of testing in 2010—barring the ability to raise the required $150 million to fund them.

FDA Has Gone Nuts: Walnuts and Other Foods Are Drugs

Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. Hippocrates.

Since food is medicine, and medicine is food, the Food and Drug Administration, an agency of Health and Human Services, is requiring that claims of food health benefits by sellers, must have federal licensing and scientific proof of such claims. This is to harmonize with Codex Alimentarius, global food and drug control standards.

Dr. Gary Null writes that it is a criminal act to mention that walnuts have health benefits without FDA licensing and approval. This is being extended to all foods.

Some of these actions are reasonable for the abuse of package claims based on fraudulent trick science by Big Food, but they will also be going after good people with good, healthy products that teach nutritional science on their product literature. I am hopeful and there are good people in FDA and other agencies that are fighting against this. Are you?– Augie

More and more letters like this one sent to Diamond Foods are being sent via certified mail and followed up by FDA agents and attorneys in their regional and district offices: Continue reading
